❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Mobile Phones: If seal is broken or device has been activated
  • SIM Cards & Memory Cards: Once opened, for security reasons
  • Software & Digital Products: Downloaded apps, codes, or licenses
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom Orders: Specially ordered or personalized items
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable
